The HUGE Convention 2019

Like no other time in the history of small business, we are in a capacity constrained market, where it is significantly harder to find our next employee than it is to find our next customer.  We as owner-operators must solve this dilemma if we are going to take advantage of the great economy and continue to grow our business.  
We are going to look at WHY we are in this predicament and WHY we have to solve it for our business to be successful, HOW we can put a system in place to not only solve the capacity problem but do it in a way that gives us a tremendous amount of our time back, and WHAT systems we use to execute this successfully.
